Will the smell come back?

If the urine only reached the carpet and backing, treating it at the source usually ends the problem. If it soaked into the pad or the subfloor, the pad may need replacing in that spot. We tell you during the inspection.

Can you remove the yellow stains?

Often we can lighten them a lot. Old urine can bleach or burn the dye, and that part is color loss, not dirt. Our carpet dyeing service can sometimes restore it.

Do I need to keep pets away after the treatment?

Keep them off the damp areas until the carpet is dry, usually a few hours. The products we use are safe for pets once dry.
