How we clean

Our 11-step cleaning process

We do not show up, run a machine and leave. Every job follows the same steps, in this order.

  1. Professional inspection

We check the fiber, traffic areas, stains, odors and wear, and use a UV light to find urine you cannot see. This decides the chemistry, temperature and agitation.

  2. Professional vacuuming

Dry soil, sand, hair and pet hair come out first. Removing dry dirt before any moisture goes in makes every later step work better.

  3. Pre-spray matched to the carpet

A professional pre-spray chosen for the fiber and the type of soil breaks down body oils, grease and built-up residue.

  4. Mechanical agitation

Counter-rotating brushes work the pre-spray deep into the fibers so the soil lets go before extraction.

  5. Spot, stain and urine treatment

Food, drinks, grease and pet urine are treated one by one. With urine we treat the source, with enzymes when needed, not just the smell.

  6. Hot water extraction

Hot water, controlled pressure and strong vacuum rinse out the loosened soil, the cleaning solution and the residue. Steam cleaning is one step, not the whole job.

  7. Dry passes

Extra vacuum passes pull out as much moisture as possible, which shortens drying time.

  8. Deodorizing and antibacterial treatment

When it is called for, a finishing treatment for odor and hygiene. It completes the cleaning; it does not cover anything up.

  9. pH neutralization

After alkaline cleaning we bring the carpet back to about pH 7 to 7.5. It stays softer, is not sticky and does not attract dirt again so fast.

  10. Grooming

The fibers are groomed in one direction so they dry evenly and look uniform.

  11. Turbo drying

Professional air movers speed up drying, so you get your room back sooner.
