Do you clean rugs at my home?
Most synthetic and many wool rugs are cleaned on site. If a rug is delicate or needs a full wash on both sides, we will explain the options.
Can you clean viscose or silk rugs?
Yes, with low-moisture methods and the right chemistry. These fibers are fragile, so we test first and tell you what to expect.
How often should a rug be cleaned?
Rugs in busy rooms or with pets every 12 months, others every 18 to 24 months. Regular vacuuming on both sides helps a lot in between.
